Modern Nursery Process

After some consideration, I was thinking that  "Our New Baby Nursery" process pictures would be helpful for anyone who is stumped with their own nursery design and in need of a little modern inspiration.

We started with COLOR:  Two "Leading" Colors (Sherwin Williams Mindful Gray & Sherwin Williams Needlepoint Navy) and Two "Supporting" Colors (Sherwin Williams Natural Choice & Sherwin Williams Quilt Gold). 

Next, we chose a STENCIL:  from http://www.royaldesignstudio.com Our selection was a very "smart" graphic called, Endless Circles Lattice Moroccan Stencil.

Then, we used what we had and shopped on a very tight budget for the things we lacked at our favorite affordable shopping locations:  Target http://www.target.com/  and Ikea http://www.ikea.com/us/en/.

A lot of the items you can tell that we designed and made.  However, you can still get the look even if you don't make the stuff yourself!
